Vallformosa are a responsible and sustainable company who are committed to caring for their natural and social environment. They have been cultivating grapes in Vilobí del Penedès, Barcelona since 1865 and produced their first cava in 1938. Now they work with 500 independent growers to produce an innovative range of wines.

Their 0% Cava is a blend of Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada grapes and has an average ageing of 12 months in bottle.

De Bortoli is a renowned, family-owned vineyard with a rich history dating back to the 1920s when Italian immigrants first planted roots in Australia. With a reputation for innovation and excellence, particularly in their acclaimed dessert wines like Noble One, De Bortoli continues to set the standard for quality in the wine industry.

This wine undergoes a process to de-alcoholise using advanced SIGMATEC technology. This process gently removes the alcohol at low temperatures, preserving the wine’s natural aromas and flavours.
