Bow & Arrow Melon 2020

An aromatic, rich, age-worthy Melon de Bourgonge (the grape variety used in Muiscadet) aged on the lees for up to 8 months to add texture, there's plenty of freshly baked brioche, ripe harvest fruit and a crisp, mouth watering acidity. 

Scott and Dana Frank have worked in all aspects of the wine and hospitality industry before starting to bottle their own wines in Oregon under Bow & Arrow in 2010. Sourcing fruit from some of the oldest Gamay and Pinot Noir vineyards in Oregon  using minimal intervention techniques and focusing on making lighter, lower alcohol wines which are extremely food friendly.

Try this with shellfish, a light crab salad would be great.
