Clos de Rougemont is no ordinary vineyard - it’s part of the historic Abbey of Marmoutier, where monks cultivated vines centuries ago. Given the responsibility of restoring this exceptional site, Vigneau-Chevreau has nurtured the vineyard using natural methods, ensuring every bottle reflects the land’s unique character.

Hand-harvested grapes, indigenous yeast fermentation, and ageing in oak barrels (with just a touch of new wood for depth) result in a wine that’s pure, expressive, and utterly delicious.
