Tasting Note

Pure effervescence and vitality - the petillant naturel fizz from Entre Vinyes is now available in a 250ml can. Two perfect glasses, hardly any sediment, perfect picnic wines or otherwise a great way to drink some pet nat without having to open a full bottle and risk the wine going flat.

This white is a blend of Xarel-Lo and Muscat and has perfect aromatics and texture offering refreshing green apple fruit, some herbs and mineral notes.

Entre Vinyes is made by Maria & Pep, a couple who started from scratch in 2012 after taking over some old vineyards, and have slowly built this project into the successful and experimental winery it is today.

With an average age of 60 years, these vineyards of Xarel·lo, Macabeo and Parellada are within the natural environment of Foix, surrounded by oak and pine forest, under a dry climate and on a porous soil (which swallows the water) and calcareous, very poor and shallow, with hardly any organic matter. The great biodiversity present creates a unique ecosystem that naturally regulates the balance of the vineyard. This is a particular way of understanding vineyards and wine, based on the utmost respect for the landscape and tradition, working in an artisanal way.

Sparkling white Xarel·lo and Muscat bottled before the end of fermentation of the must through which it preserves the aromas and energy of the grapes.
