Tasting Note

Sensale Grillo Organic is pale straw in colour with a bright, inviting sheen. Aromas of peach, lemon zest, green apple, and a hint of almond leap from the glass. On the palate, it’s light- to medium-bodied with juicy mid-palate fruit, lively acidity, and a refreshing citrus lift that highlights the Grillo grape’s character. It finishes dry, zesty, and mineral-driven. Made organically and with minimal intervention, it’s fresh, fruity, and effortlessly easy to drink – perfect for lovers of clean, expressive whites.
